Fixing No Sound on Your Samsung TV

  1. Unplug your Samsung TV from power, then plug it back in.
  2. Check for updates in Settings > Support > Software Update .
  3. Run a sound test in Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test .
  4. Reset your sound settings in Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Reset Sound .
