Steps

Get your PlayStation out of the box.

Get hold of the three-way wire (red,white,yellow) and place the black side into the console. [1] X Research source

Colour coordinate the colours so that the red wire goes in the red slot in the back or side of the TV (do the same with the white and the yellow). [2] X Research source

Get the plug and put it into the wall. [3] X Research source

Get the controller and plug that into the player 1 slot. [4] X Research source

Then get the Memory Card and put that into the slot atop of the player 1 slot.

Turn on the TV and switch it to AV. [5] X Research source

Place a disc onto the spindle.

Shut the case and turn the game on.
