Writing a recipe on Wikibooks can be a fun and exciting way to make a recipe, whether it be an appetizer, a dessert or any other meal. This wikiHow article shows you how to write and publish a recipe on Wikibooks.

1Check if the recipe already exists. Search for an existing recipe and look through the results to see if the recipe exists.

Cook your own recipe and write directions. Start by writing the ingredients you'll need for the recipe and cook it. As you follow, write down the procedure for each step.

3Follow the Wikibooks' Cookbook policy . This is one of the most important steps as it maintains the integrity and quality of recipes on Wikibooks.
