Upper Eye Massage 1. Pinch the skin on either side of your left eyebrow with your thumb and index finger. 2. Massage the skin with the pads on your thumb and index finger until you feel tension release from the area (30 to 60 seconds) 3. Repeat on the other side. Eye Muscle Strengthener 1. Lean against a sink or other stable surface while looking at yourself in the mirror. 2. Lift your upper eyelids about ⅓ of the total distance you can lift them. 3. Pause your eyelids in that position for about a second and then open your eyelids ⅔ of the total distance you can lift them. 4. Pause again in this position and then open your eyelids completely. 5. Repeat 10 times. Winking 1. Start with your face relaxed. 2. Wink your left eye. Hold your eyelids tightly together but try not to scrunch up your face. 3. Hold the wink for two seconds. 4. Repeat 25 times on each side. Relaxed Blinking 1. Relax your face so that you can’t feel any tension. 2. Blink both eyes without scrunching your face. 3. Hold the blink for a full second. 4.
