Straight Punch The straight punch doesn’t have a wind-up. With your hand near the center of your body and your elbow slightly bent, punch forward with your knuckles lined-up vertically. Chain Punch With your left arm straight in front of your body (opposite if you’re left-handed), make a fist with your right hand. Punch with your right hand. When your right arm is about 75 percent extended, pull your left hand back. Front Kick Lift your knee without shifting your body weight. Kick your lower leg toward your target and aim to hit the target with your heel. Side Kick Sand with the side of your body you’re going to kick with facing your target.
