I am a qualified chef from Dallas, TX with a background in desserts and pastries. I recently relocated to New York City, and am eager to bring my talents to the restaurant community here. For five years prior to this application, I worked as a chef at Bolete, one of Dallas’ two star Michelin restaurants.
