Shrimp Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
* 1 lb. cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise
* 1/4 cup sour cream
* 1/4 cup chopped celery
* 1/4 cup chopped red onion
* 2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
* 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
* Salt and pepper, to taste
* Lettuce leaves, for serving
Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped celery, chopped red onion, chopped dill, and lemon juice.
Add the cooked shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat in the dressing.
Season the shrimp salad with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate the shrimp salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve the shrimp salad on a bed of lettuce leaves, garnished with additional dill and lemon wedges if desired.
