* Make a large salad using lettuce, spinach, cabbage, chard, or any other leafy vegetables with a low-calorie dressing used sparingly. (Combine several different leafy vegetables for a little more variety.)
* Whip up a big batch of steamed broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and bell peppers.
* If you prefer the flavor of fruit, then watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon are all good choices, either separate or mixed together.
* Hit up an all-you-can-eat salad bar if you live near one to get the most bang for your buck.
