All of your subjects
Include all of your subjects (such as algebra, physics, history, English, and theatre)
Time stamps
Divide tasks into 30 minute to 1 hour blocks.
Specific goals, assignments, and due dates
Record what you have to do each week or any important due dates coming up.
Your comfort level with the subject matter
Use a scale of 1-10 (10 being extremely comfortable) to rate how skilled and at ease you are with the subject.
This will also help you determine how to best allocate your time. For example, if you know you struggle with absorbing literature but easily grasp algebraic formulas, devote more time to rereading and taking notes in lieu of practicing equations.
Your goals
Set a weekly goal for each subject or assignment.
Example goals:
Get an A on lab assignment
Read at least 50 pages a day of Madame Bovary and take notes
Finish history project a day before the due date
Write chapter reflection essay for extra credit
Breaks and non-academic activities
Make sure to reserve time for any sports practices, family commitments, meals, rest, and other recreational activities. Include any reminders about what you might need to bring or how to prepare.
