French Toast Recipe
Ingredients:
* 4 thick slices of bread
* 2 large eggs
* 1/4 cup milk
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
* Maple syrup or powdered sugar for serving
Instructions:
Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak up the liquid for a few seconds on each side.
Melt the butter in the skillet or griddle.
Place the slices of bread on the skillet or griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Remove the French Toast from the skillet or griddle and serve immediately with maple syrup or powdered sugar.
