Broomstick Stretch
1. Stand tall while holding a broomstick in a wide grip with straight arms over your head.
2. Lower the broomstick to your front without moving your hands.
3. Move the broomstick over your head and touch your lower back with it without bending your arms.
4. Repeat 10 times in each direction.
Note: The narrower your grip, the stronger the stretch.
Side Lunge
1. Stand with your feet a little wider than shoulder-width apart.
2. Squat down while shifting your weight to one side.
3. Hold for five seconds and repeat to the other side.
4. Repeat five times on each side.
Note: You should feel a stretch in your inner thigh.
Bench Stretch
1. Kneel in front of a bench.
2. Step forward with one foot and put your other foot onto the bench.
3. Straighten your torso until you feel a stretch in your back thigh.
4. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat to the other side.
Neck Stretch
1. Stand tall and gently put your left hand on the right side of the top of your head.
2. Gently pull your head toward the left until you feel a stretch in the right side of your head.
3. Hold for 30 seconds.
4. Repeat on the other side.
