Wrist Flexion Stretch
1. Straighten your left arm and turn your palm toward you with your fingers pointed up.
2. Gently push your right hand against the back of your left hand until you feel a stretch in the back of your left arm.
3. Hold for 30 seconds.
4. Repeat on the other side.
Wrist Extension Stretch
1. Straighten your left arm with your palm facing away from you and your fingers pointing up.
2. Push the fingers on your left hand back gently with your right hand until you feel a stretch in your wrist.
3. Hold for 30 seconds.
Behind the Back Stretch
1. Interlock your fingers behind your back with your arms straight and your palms facing away from you.
2. Push your hands back until you feel a stretch in both wrists.
3. Hold for 30 seconds.
