I thought of this game on the spot, but it sounded pretty fun. It goes like like this: I, as the judge, will create a court case and post the plot. Then, the prosecutor will make a statement trying to persuade the jury the defendant is guilty. The first person to post and claim the prosecutor spot will be the prosecutor. The defendant’s lawer will then make a statement, but to prove the defendant is not guilty. The same post&claim method is used to decide who will play the defendant’s lawyet. Then the prosecutor will make anothet statement, and so on until each side has made 10 statements. Once the statements have been made, the jury (everyone else who wants to participate) will have a day to post their votes saying either “guilty” or “not guilty”. The the person who represents the side that won will receive 1000 wikiCash. Read this
for more info on how a trial works. Here’s the plot: Bob Bard has just been charged with murder of a random person in an alley. A witness claimed to have seen Bard fleeing the area around the estimated time of the murder, and footprints that match the tread on his Converse shoes were found at the scene. There was also mud at the scene, and there were a few mud stains on Bob’s shoes. That’s the case! Step 1: The first person to post and say they want to be the prosecutor will be the prosecutor. Then, without delay, they must make their first statement, and wait for the def.'s lawyer to make his statement. Step 2: The first person to post and say they want to be the defendant’s lawyer will be the defendant’s lawyer, and they must make their statement after the prosecutor makes his. Both of them must stop at 10 statements. As soon as 10 statements is achieved, everyone else start voting! Ready to start step 1? Go!
Alrighty then. Bob Bard is charged with 1 count of murder. It is presumed that Bob intended to commit this crime at random. The scene was the 2nd Street alleyway. There is only one known witness - John Doe - but allegedly he only saw Bob escape, and did not see the crime take place. It is the belief of the prosecution that Bob Bard is guilty beyond reasonable doubt.
Overruled - you ain’t Phoenix Wright.
@Born2be
Me it’s your turn to make a statement.
