A forgotten page?

I came across this page, and was wondering about it. http://www.wikihow.com/Category:Users-who-have-been-given-a-warning It seems rather outdated, I spot-checked a few of the users on it, and the warnings are mostly from the 08-09 era. I was just wondering was it still of any use?

Probably not. {{warning2}}, {{meanRC}} and {{random}} were outdated years ago.

In response to Lois just above: “Category:Users who have been given a warning” also has “Category:Chatters” and “Category:Tag removers” as subcategories. “Category:Chatters” is generated by {{Chatter}} - although, no decision has been made as to which chatting template will be used or if chatting just requires personal coaching. “Category:Tag removers” is generated by {{Nfdtag}} - this was not on Krystle’s deactivation list at the beginning of this post. “Category:Users who have been given a warning” is generated by {{MeanRC}}, {{Warning2}} and {{Spammer}} - these are on Krystle’s deactivation list. “Category:Users who have been given a warning” is also generated by {{Random}} . It can be found in the “Chatting” listing and is also a duplicate of {{Comment}}. However, {{Comment}} is found in the Talk Page listing and it does not place a username in “Category:Users who have been given a warning”. Can the same information be more quickly accessed on the history page of an editor’s talk page? Instead, could patrollers be sure to record the warning template they are using, along with a brief explanation, in each edit summary - this would be a permanent record that could not be removed by an editor.

It’s staledated now, yes. Once we lost category information on Talk Pages it became obsolete.

I guess we should delete it then, since it is not serving anyone. @Maluniu can I just delete it, or is there anything that needs to be updated in the category tree first?
