Hi Friends,I’ve noticed that many of the “stub” articles on WikiHow either only have a couple or no pictures at all! Therefore, a useful Community Dashboard tool would be “Add Pictures to Articles.” We have “Add Videos”, why not pictures? Fully published, featured, and well written articles usaully have pics, too. There are quite a few examples of stub articles that would certainly benifit from pictures (and sometimes more info.) Thanks!

I believe we had a tool a few years before as “Image Adder”, and it was to add photos into the intro of an article (which we don’t do anymore). Although we have some projects to this ( including the Image Reuse Project ), I believe this tool would help, but we would restrict this from anons.

Stubs aren’t visible to signed-out readers, and they’re also typically tagged as stubs based on text content rather than whether or not they have images. So while people are welcome to reuse images on stubs, it’s by no means an obligation, and if the goal is to unstub the page they’d do better to edit the page content.

I agree! Often to un-stub the page you should edit the content (articles are usaully stubbed because of lack of infomation.) Maybe if we provided a list of stub articles based on category, then users would be able to choose from a variety of subjects.

Good idea, I had no idea about the Inuse Reuse Project.
