Entitled to scrap parts of an article that they disagree with, making their own contribution instead? Or do they upload whatever the community has put together as a finalised article even though they may think it garbage?

Hey, Paul! wikiHow is an open and collaborative project where anyone is allowed to edit articles in a way that helps improve them. When an edit is made to an article, it’s goes through a process called Recent Changes Patrol where another community member reviews the edit to make sure it makes sense and it isn’t vandalism or spammy.

wikiHow Admin don’t have much to do with scrapping parts of articles though since this is an open project and anyone can help edit articles. wikiHow Admin are folks who merely have a few extra buttons to help keep the site free of spam, vandals, etc.

You can read a bit more about our openness here:  https://www.wikihow.com/wikiHow:Open

I hope this helps?
