Ever since a couple of months ago, if I try to access the Article Greenhouse, I get this:
I’m seeing this too, but only if I remove all categories from the greenhouse. If I plug in a category, it pulls up articles without issue.

If I select something- it does work.

I actually don’t think this is expected behavior. The Topic Greenhouse is both on the WelcomeBot message for new users and available to logged-out editors, both of whom by default wouldn’t have any topics selected (and when I tested this signed-out, I got the same error). I don’t remember what it’s supposed
to do because it’s been a long while, but given that new editors are being given a direct link to this tool as soon as they sign up, it’s probably reasonable to assume they’re not meant to run into an error message right off the bat.

Ah interesting. It should come up with a pop up that gets people to select their interests when they first log in. So if that’s not happening, then perhaps we do have a bug. Either way, the error message isn’t a good look, so will see if we can get that sorted.

If logged-out users are supposed to get that prompt too, we definitely have a bug; I just checked on Safari to avoid cache interference and it’s not coming up there either. I haven’t tested with a brand-new account though.
