The one thing I come across while patrolling or NABing is that some articles have offensive words (profanity) or what I call inappropriate language ( beaner, the “F” word, etc.) but they don’t qualify for speedy deletion. See more of what I’m talking about in these articles: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/English_profanity http://www.noswearing.com/dictionary http://onlineslangdictionary.com/lists/most-vulgar-words/ So, I thought, with community approval, a new article template could be created. It contains these words: “This article contains inappropriate, vulgar or offensive language.
Please edit this page to remove these types of words. Remove this notice when the article has been improved. Notice added on {{date}}.” And, the template would be called {{inappropriate}}.

So why not remove the “offensive” words when you see them? There’s many people that even categorize “hell” as offensive, so why need a template to alert, when if someone sees something they don’t like, they can just remove it themselves?

OK, there. Thanks for the reminder.
