Sooooo… I heard a lot of things about “bad articles” this really confueses me and I want to know what you guys think about it.
Bad articles are articles that have been deemed unsuitable for creation. They are usually recreated repeatedly or filled with profanity or are major jokes, and such are protected from creation because they violate policy

It could also refer to an article with an invalid title. Titles cannot be empty or contain any special HTML/wiki markup characters:
