When banned via the forums, users can still post and have to be banned by going to wikiHow and doing it there. @Anna

, the reason for this is that every time a user logs in/logs out, the ban settings are synced from the wikiHow account to the forums (along with avatar and other details). In order to make a ban stand, they’ll need to be made through wikiHow. This provides us with a log of all forum bans as well as ensuring they are blocked.
I suppose the ban button on here could be hidden, but admins should be blocking through wikiHow primarily, as the accounts are connected and there is only one-way synchronization.
