Is there a way to block users on the Forums but not on wH? So you can be blocked from posting comments on the forums but not on the site?

I wish. I got blocked twice on wikiHow for things I did in the forums.

Perhaps it is a sensible recommendation not to ‘do things in the forums’. Yeah, there should be some sort of way to block on forums but not wH.

I can block someone in just the forums, but typically if a person is violating our guidelines, they get blocked from wikiHow entirely, so this has never been necessary:slight_smile:

I’m of the belief that wikiHow access is a package deal. If you’re misbehaving on any facet of the site (main site, forums, even IRC) you’re doing harm to the community and you deserve to receive punishment across the board, I believe.
