I’ve still been working with Gersh and Chris to organize a list of the best new articles out of NAB and make boosting more productive and fun for our dedicated Boosters. So I thought I’d update the list here, particularly for anyone who has a personal boosting goal this week:slight_smile:This spreadsheet has all of the others that I’ve previously started, combined. On the first tab, you’ll find the most promising articles from the whole NAB backlog, so it might be neat to start there. Then there are 3 more tabs, with new promising-seeming articles from each of the last 3 weeks. Some of these might be “false alarms” but lots of them should be great new how-tos looking for a little boosting polish! https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Jlv68VfEJtGu6-6mj9x0zfcXkKOH9lOyoQSX0ykeE4M/edit?usp=sharing Happy boosting!

This is awesome!

I picked up another article and will try my best for improving.

*Bumping* with the updated list for last week, if any Boosters or aspiring Boosters are looking for more promising new articles! https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Jlv68VfEJtGu6-6mj9x0zfcXkKOH9lOyoQSX0ykeE4M/edit?usp=sharing

Thanks! I find it a lot better to focus on the promising articles that need just a little polishing to meet our standards.

Even though I’m not a booster, I fixed up one of the articles. I may do more articles:slight_smile:

I hope y’all don’t mind, but I removed this article from the list: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Cloudy-Headlight-Lens-Quick It doesn’t look very promising to me. It actually looks as if it needs a lot of work in order to make it a promising article. For example, the introduction is not very attention-getting, and the steps are in all caps. Feel free to put that article back if you disagree though.

I fixed the article @Adelaide cited above. It was not too time-consuming, but I question the accuracy of the article and I NFDed it as dup of Repair Oxidized Cloudy Headlights with a Headlight Cleaner . *edit to supply proper link format for dup

Thank you for doing that. I appreciate the fix!

I went ahead and updated the list with a new tab for this week, from Gersh’s algorithm. It’s a bit of a mix, as usual, but overall it looks like there’s some really good stuff in there, if anyone is interested in boosting opps! https://docs.google.com/a/wikihow.com/spreadsheets/d/1Jlv68VfEJtGu6-6mj9x0zfcXkKOH9lOyoQSX0ykeE4M/edit#gid=84889607

I’ll see what I can “boost”!

Hello. I am not a booster but I tried to edit this article http://www.wikihow.com/Make-Lord-Krishna’s-Leela-Out-of-Ice-Cream-Sticks . I have tried to correct its format but I was not able to make a check box under “things needed” section. Someone please correct that. Thanks in advance

Done:slight_smile:

Thanks @Gaurangprasad and can you please tell me how you did it. Again thanks!

@Sachin7 Each wikiHow section has specific title text that goes along with it, and the corrected section title (wasn’t just Things needed) is “Things You’ll Need” as you’ll see here. http://www.wikihow.com/index.php?title=Make-Lord-Krishna’s-Leela-Out-of-Ice-Cream-Sticks&diff=15561372&oldid=15559766 Keeping it with the correct section title will now trigger the checkboxes.

Thanks for helping me @Byankno1

Here’s this week’s list - some good stuff in there! @Jordan 'cause I know you had a boosting goal this week – and I’m about to dive in for mine, too:slight_smile: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Jlv68VfEJtGu6-6mj9x0zfcXkKOH9lOyoQSX0ykeE4M/edit?usp=sharing

Fresh from the database - some great articles from last week! https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Jlv68VfEJtGu6-6mj9x0zfcXkKOH9lOyoQSX0ykeE4M/edit?usp=sharing I copied the older tabs into one long list to make navigation and updating a little easier as we get more sheets, but you’ll see the last two weeks separate, and then the rest combined in the last tab:slight_smile:

Nice. I just did 5 to meet my weekly goals. Lots of rising stars in there!

Yeah, there’s some awesome stuff in there! Special thanks to the wikiHaus!
