I need some advice. I like a boy, Avery, but he’s already dating a girl. Because of that, basically the whole grade except for my friends keep teasing me. What do I do? I asked them to stop at least a thousand times, but they won’t. Help!

^ I’ve had that problem. In 6th grade I had a crush on some boy. He was one of those boys who would flirt with like every girl. He flirted so much with me that it made me like him! I thought that he liked me but then I started noticing how he was flirting with every other girl. I was sort of hurt so I tried not to like him. I kept on trying and trying telling myself not to like him so I tried finding myself a new crush. And it worked! I found a way better guy who didn’t flirt with all the girls, nicer, relatable, and more caring. I let go of the other guy. He still flirted with me but I wouldn’t flirt back. I was just treating him as a friend. Then my crush (the newer one I was talking about) became my boyfriend 3 months ago. So my advice to you is to try getting a different crush. Be sure to have a good boy!
Well, it’s kind of hard because this is such a small school and all the boys tease me for liking Avery.

Hmmm a tough situation here… did you at least ask politely? If so and still no answer then the only option I can think of for you is…
Don’t go for it, find another boy to like, there are plenty of fish in the sea
The reasons are obvious, everyone except your friends is teasing you like mad despite repeated warnings and he is already dating another girl anyway so what are the chances of him liking you? You could try having your friends help you in keeping the teasers at bay but it sounds like they are not quitting and like I said earlier, he’s already occupied… so the best idea would be just to forget about him and search for a new boy to fall in love with
