It has recently been brought to my attention that User Time Zone UIBs take special image-based visuals that were created moons ago. However, with other users beginning to create new UIBs, some users are noting to me that there are some time zones which are off the :00 naming and onto the :30 zones - mostly occurring in Asia. Can someone help create all 12 versions of these same clocks with the minute hand on the 30? These would mostly be formed under Image:GMTp7.png - wikiHow
for these 30s or provide a more lasting way to help these be created by others?

Countries like Nepal use GMT+5:45 so it may be worth creating 15/45 minute versions too.

Just my two cents, but we probably don’t need UIBs for every potential time zone if nobody is going to use them, right?
It could certainly be a rainy day project for someone who wants to commit time to it, although I don’t think anyone should feel obligated to make UIBs just for the sake of creating them.
@Eric
, There are now other users who willingly want to help create these, and as long as they list them in the UIB subpages
, using them should be no trouble. I feel the same as you, though that users shouldn’t make them for the sake of creating them either.

I thought making these would make the site more inclusive and no user would feel left out. But I also see your point.
