I was reading the article “How to Use Google Drive”, and under the section “Sources and Citations”, there was an error message which said: Cite error cite_error_refs_without_reference ;$2 (the cite_error… thing was inside brackets, but those don’t show up because Vanilla forums considers it to be some code.) I looked at the page code (in Advanced editor), and noticed that the section was empty. Running Google Chrome, Windows XP Screenshot: http://tinypic.com/r/bjg68n/8

It’s just a general error that comes up where the URL
is used somewhere in the article, but the {{reflink}} isn’t present - http://www.wikihow.com/index.php?title=Use-Google-Drive&diff=11578234&oldid=11393431
is where I believe the references were placed, but if you scroll down, the reference template isn’t added. http://www.wikihow.com/Use-Google-Drive
should be all good now

Yeah, this is actually kind of cool - a new MW feature to show you when there’s a ref/citation error in there. Fixing up the errors so they are better explained/meaningful is on our list of things to do, but in the meantime just take it as “hey you, there’s something wrong with refs!”
Thanks @Maluniu

(look, I even spelled it right!)
Haha, yep, you spelled it right
