What kind of writing? Articles or otherwise? If it’s poetry, stories, etc. I suggest searching the site for some how-tos.
Check the links given and read up on what wikiHow wants. Check the requested articles list for writing ideas. Also, as I once told a cub reporter, there is a story around every corner. The reporter didn’t believe me so I took the reporter out for a drive around the block. We went about a half mile and found five story leads. There is always a story waiting to be told and the best way to keep up with the story ideas is to write them down in a notebook. I did this and when we had our daily reporter’s meeting I could offer my editor at least 10 story ideas waiting to be written. MA

Write about something your good at doing.
Write down the first three words that come to your head. Arrange them into a title, and then write about that title. The story or poem should evolve itself from there.

Hey im Kamryn and im also a young writer… if your writing a story something i have some tips to improve writing skills… have an open book near by to skim for ideas on using details for things like descriptions. I read that somewhere in a writers magazine. Hope its healpful.
