The following images from Bulbapedia are claimed to be fair use. Is it okay for me to use them?

I’m not a lawyer, but I would say no. The images are only fair use for that wiki because they are screenshots that are being used for their articles. Also, the license for that wiki (and those images) is the CC BY-NC-SA 2.5 license . That license is a creative commons license, and the “NC” means that the content can only be used for non-commercial purposes. wikiHow has advertisements and is a for profit businesses, so those images cannot be used here.

You can take the screenshots yourself though, if possible.

I have a copy of a game with the necessary screenshots, so I’ll grab them from there instead once I’m done.
