There are no rules against what he did here. It’s annoying, yes, but I don’t think it’s a blockable offense.

I understand old thread bumping and random topics/posts can be annoying, but it’s not right to continually bash someone each time they do so, and by commenting, you’re giving it attention. If you have concerns regarding this, feel free to let me or any other administrator know and we’ll do our best to handle it.
