I know I have raised this question a long while ago… The difference between “then” and “now” is -then- I skipped a few articles and quickly reached the end of the data base with a message “no articles to categorize”. I can understand that. But today I just started categorizing, may be did 2 of them, and I already got the same message. I wonder why is it still happening? I thought it was fixed by now. LOL Anyway, you guys, wikiHow administration, I wanted to let you know.:slight_smile:Happy New Year every one!

When an article is skipped , the categorizing app will not show that article to you again. Everything else will be displayed to you. Apart from the once you’ve skipped, other articles have been categorized, I believe.

@Gaurangprasad If the other articles have been categorized then why the 350+ articles are shown in the queue to be categorized? Should I not believe that number???

This is a bug that has been happening for a while. Nothing new. Also, this thread should be in bug reports.

Indeed. Moved.

@WikiRicardo is this bug hard to fix??? Yes, it has been happening for a while. You are correct. Where was it moved to? - to the Bug Forum??? If so, good deal. Thanks, @KernelPone . Thank you guys.

Can you check if this is still happening @Laura7491 ? I just categorized approximately 10 articles without bumping into issues so I just want to make sure!

@Krystle I had that problem today ( I think). If I encounter it I will let you know. I am curious why it only applies to the Categorizing. I have never encountered this problem on any other editing, like spelling or images.

@Krystle , it happened again… I had 2-3 articles to categorize, and edited steps on one of them, and before I knew it reached the end of the data base, of course with “No articles to categorize” message. There are 90 articles in queue though.

@Laura7491 Is there any way you can record a video of your screen and show me this happening? That way I can include it in the bug report and it’ll help engineers figure out what’s going on. You don’t need to talk or download anything: http://www.wikihow.com/Record-a-Screencast-with-Screencast‐O‐Matic When asked to upload the video, you can use my account by logging into krystle@wikihow.com (password is omgwikihow).
