Everyone, what are you going to be doing for Christmas?

Hmm… I might be going to my new house to celebrate.:slight_smile:

Honestly, thinking about Christmas is bittersweet.

I miss going to Canada for Christmas and staying up all night gaming with my cousins. I miss the scent of the blueberry cheesecake candle my aunt always lit on Christmas morning. I miss making… questionable… statues in the snow with my cousins. I miss long drives to rural Canada. I miss wrapping gifts and dueling everyone with wrapping paper rolls. I miss the sound of my aunt’s cats scratching at wrapping paper. Heck, I even miss the arguments that come with it.

Due to Covid, I won’t be able to truly experience Christmas.

Awwwww ;-;

Don’t worry, the wikiHow team is wishing you a very merry Christmas!:christmas_tree::snowman:

Another thing- while I’m atheist/Muslim, my aunt and cousins are Christian, so I don’t associate Christmas with religion. It’s mostly just immature traditions and generosity for me.

BTW, does anyone use the Santa Tracker? It’s a website. I jump on it right after dinner every Christmas Eve. It shows you where santa is at right now

I’m a bit too old for the Santa thing, but my cousins use it.

And Christmas is in more than a month’s time, while this thread was created back in Election Day.

Who cares? It’s holiday time!:smile:

Who has Elf on the Shelf?

I’m looking forward to a sunny Christmas! I really want to have our summer-y version of Christmas dinner cooked on the barbecue and served al fresco but with our fancy glasses, napkins, plates, candles etc. It’s been too windy the few years, really hoping for a hit, still 25th of December in New Zealand this year.

I love Christmas too! I don’t celebrate the religious side of things either. I like trying to spread good cheer during the festive period, to everyone - we can be nice like we are all year, how you’re nice doesn’t have to relate to Christmas.

I feel very fortunate to be in NZ while the COVID 19 pandemic is making life so tough for so many people. I hope every one finds some joy this December.
