Okay. I am pretty sure this is probably round 3 of this issue. I noticed a bunch of accounts creating spam articles while patrolling https://wikihow.com/Special:NewPages .

Here is a list of the accounts I have found and potentially suspect to all be tied to one IP:

Can a checkuser review and hard-block the IP as appropriate?

This doesn’t merit a Village Pump post. You can just use the Malicious Sockpuppets section of the ANB or message Jayne or another CU directly.
