That’s what I have been seeing,seems to be working just fine now.
I see this in the latest versions of both Firefox and Chromium on Ubuntu.
This URL is supposed to be used with an article specified. Does it happen when there is a title attached? This looks normal to me, for example: http://www.wikihow.com/Special:Importvideo/Sterilize-Household-Surfaces-with-Lavender
