End of RC Bug.

This has been an on and off bug for me for a while. Usually a refresh fixes it, but other times it continues to give me the “end of recent changes”. It gives me the end of RC even if the count is high! Before clearing my cache and history. http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cliXruJ9E After logging back in/clearing cache/history. http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cliXraJ9d I use Google Chrome (version 20.0.1132.47 m) on Windows 7. Edit: The bug also appeared when I used Firefox (v. 13.0.1).

Videos are counted in the unpatrolled RC count, but are not counted “in” the patrol list. They need to be manually patrolled.
