I am confused and need help to understand aspects of my Microsoft Windows 10 PC and accounts.

The Windows forums provided my Microsoft all seem to be locked - possibly for reasons of security.

I cannot find anything precisely relevant on Wiki-How.

Please suggest a way forward for me that that does not put me at risk from fraudsters?

Andrew, if you haven’t found any existing wikiHow articles to help, perhaps you could try submitting a topic request?
