The forums.wikihow.com
link shows up as an external link when it is placed in articles. I’m not sure if this needs to be fixed or not, I just wanted to note it for consideration.

I got through Get Involved in wikiHow Projects Through Collaboration Corner. I’ll probably do more tomorrow, but I have to sleep now.

I did a little bit, up to Improve a Forum’s Presence As A User. On http://www.wikihow.com/Join-the-wikiHow-Help-Team
there is a link to the old “About the Author” Forums - are these returning, or should the link just be removed?

I noticed that, too…I’ll work on getting it fixed
I don’t think it’s a problem
just put in "(Old forums) " after the link
jack, There is one named join the help team but when I click on it it goes to join the help tea! It tells me there’s no exact article with this name?
everybody who wants to do it go to the project. It has only the new ones on it and none that are allready done!

Hey all, just a reminder to not rush through this. If you mistype the link, it could send readers to a spammy page, like it did in this revision
(now fixed).

I don’t think this one is returning. I started an “Introduce yourself” thread in General Chat - that seems to be what most other forums have. http://www.wikihow.com/index.php?title=Avoid-Chatting-on-wikiHow&diff=5401587&oldid=4796072
I updated the links in the help team article like so: http://www.wikihow.com/index.php?title=Join-the-wikiHow-Help-Team&diff=5403864&oldid=4866212

I’m up to wikiHow:Coaching Editors. From then on quite a few of them are admin-locked.

I got through wikiHow:Frequently Asked Questions. If any are locked, please list them here so that admins can be sure to notice them.
