This is somewhat high view page, and it has accurate information from what I can see, but it has serious formatting issues. I have tried to fix it, but I decided I can’t do it. Needs soem attention: http://www.wikihow.com/Become-a-Dog-Owning-Expert
It looks like it has some serious issues besides formatting, and really doesn’t give a reader the information to become an expert, it just offers a list of general information. I am dubious about the reference to Pet Smart, and equally dubious when someone implies that products are toxic, not offering a substitute to chicken/meat byproducts but saying the primary ingredient in dog food should be meat? Overall, the attention tag should have been left, references should be added, and the page should be broken down into parts, ie, a part for selecting the dog, feeding the dog, caring for the dog (grooming, etc), and the whistle toward the end should look like a whistle, not a dried dog’s scat…
Thanks for the info. I did skim thru it. Oh wow, I am surprized I didn’t notice PetSmart. Also surprized it popped up 5 in dog category. Thanks for noticing, I didn’t see that.

- Retractable leash, aka flexi-leash - This will allow your dog to get too far away from you. It is not a good choice especially if you are a first time dog owner."
This counters itself. “This will allow your dog to get too far away from you”? My leash extends to 16 feet. I can RETRACT and lock it to 1 foot if I wanted to. Clip it to a harness and voila… there’s absolutely no choking nor need of “extra material” hanging around like a regular leash does.
I’m leary on the entire page. The introduction and beginning steps makes you “believe” the reader has a dog or wanting to know more information on being a “better dog owner”. But when you start to scroll down, it’s then talking about seeing options on adopting, taking care of someone else’s dog, playing video games (which really should be removed), and everything else – assuming that the person doesn’t have a dog to begin with or is interested in getting one. I agree with Bobbyfrank… this isn’t what the title intends it to be.
Hmm. Delete for accuracy then?
I vote delete. What is a dog owning expert any way? It takes a true person to know about dogs - what’s a true person? The picture of the whistle suits the quality of the article.
