I am creating this so I and other editors can track the progress on Genshin Impact articles. Jayne said that there is the possibility of a Genshin Impact subcategory at 30 articles, but no guarantees. This thread exists to track the progress on such articles and for content creators like me and @ActualPlant to know which articles on which Genshin topics should be created.

So far, there are articles on these topics (as of 20 April 2021):

That leaves us with nine more articles left to get the required 30 to have my category request considered lol.

I am working on defeating a Pyro and Cryo Regisvine (two separate articles) which will bring us to 23, will get to Whopperflowers (24), Lawachurls (25), Mitachurls (26), Samachurls (27), Co-op mode (28), domains (29), as well as other stuff like surviving in Dragonspine (30), building characters (31), and completing reputation quests (32) later.

After a category is created, I will probably remove this list, but leave this thread open so that I and others can discuss Genshin Impact articles and the accuracy of them. There are a few I’d like to fact check, but I’ll do it later…

I will probably also create a WikiProject if anyone else who plays Genshin Impact is interested in maintaining an accurate guide.

Will start working on an article on elemental reactions.

Halfway done with the article on elemental reactions. Going to focus on one about finding crafting materials for furnishings.

@Awesome_Aasim @ActualPlant @ChocoCat1122 There are some new things coming to 1.6.

I forgot to post an update about 1.5 but I can do so right now.

1.5 adds a new weekly boss “Azhdaha” (Beneath the Dragon Queller) to the world as well as the normal boss “Cryo Hypostasis”.

1.6 will add a new normal boss “Maguu Kenki”. Do not write a guide about Maguu Kenki based on leaked information. Wait until it is officially released.

As usual, it is not a good idea to write an article about limited-time events like the upcoming events.

2.0 is out!! This is the biggest update yet in Genshin.

I’ve edited the article on earning Primogems to mention Electroculi and Katheryne in Inazuma and the articles on elemental reactions and Abyss Mages to include Electro Abyss Mages, however we’ll have to go back and add how to defeat the Electro Abyss Mage step-by-step once we figure out its’ attack patterns and how to defeat them. We’ll also need a few more articles on Inazuma content- maybe regarding the Mirror Maidens, Perpetual Mechanical Array, and Pyro Hypostasis.
