I have not written a article in a while because I can’t think of any articles to write about!

Try writing about a Suggested Topic, here: http://www.wikihow.com/Special:ListRequestedTopics
You can search for something that aligns with your interests, or browse through them.
I looked at a lot of them but I could not find any that I want to write about. I like to write about easy things like be funny or be kind to people you just met. So…That’s what i like to write about.

A lot of those types of topics have already been written about. But you could try to improve an existing article by editing one that matches your interests. Add your own advice and experience to the article. Try the Topic Greenhouse, on the Community Dashboard: http://www.wikihow.com/Special:EditFinder/Topic

Personally, I have the same problem. But what I do is just wait one day, see if anything happens on that day then write about it.
Hello @25afloyd
and @Statix
,
I used to feel the same thing that all the articles I want to write about are all written about. wikiHow has been providing guidance with its articles since 11years now. Hence, it is only obvious that the broader topics are written about. However, you can break down the existing articles into specific sections to create new topics and make articles on them.
- Like if you like drawing, you can search for the category drawing by simple typing Drawing category.
- You will get many sub categories as this: Search for “how to drawing category” - wikihow
- Now you can search for specific objects that you think you can draw well.
Now this is just an example about drawing articles. You can search for topics that you know all about or atleast you can answer all the questions about. If such a specific article is not written about, you can give it a good title and make the article keeping the writing guidelines in mind. Or you may refer to this article: http://www.wikihow.com/Format-a-wikiHow-Article
and this article for an even more detailed and comprehensive guidelines.: wikiHow:Writer's Guide - wikiHow
Like I mentioned, it is best to choose topics that you have good information about. You may start with any hobby ideas which are not done yet or about anything that you have sufficient knowledge about. The link Isorhythmic has placed has many good titles to choose from.
