For some reason, Cleanup, Format, and Copyedit doesn’t work for me. It just shows “No Articles Found”. I can only Cleanup, Format, and Copyedit whenever someone adds the tag minutes before. I’ve tried everything! Could someone help me?

Do you click “No, Skip Article” a lot? That will show up after a while when the only articles left in the queue are the ones you skipped. That’s normal, and isn’t necessarily a bug.:slight_smile:

Yeah, I think McDonalds1 probably hit the nail on the head - a couple of the Greenhouse queues are pretty low regardless (Copyedit, Format), but even Cleanup will not show you older pages you’ve already skipped, even if they’re in the queue still for others to see. Almost all tools also ‘check out’ a given page to someone when they open the tool to it, for about an hour (to avoid edit clashes), so if someone was recently browsing through the queue and checked many of them out, that can affect what you see there temporarily (for the next hour). Or, of course, if you have a topic category selected, that can limit what you see, too. Some combo of those factors is probably the culprit:slight_smile:Until more pages show up in the tool for you, I’d suggest just checking out the category itself for any other editing opportunities you want to jump on. I don’t believe I’ve skipped a lot, but I probably have. I didn’t think that skipping could affect it. Thank you @McDonalds1 and @Anna ! I’ll check out the category too!
