Please check the history of both of our pages. I need help with this user. He has got me to the point where I am about to say some nasty things to him. I have already gotten about as rude as I have ever gotten with him. http://www.wikihow.com/User_talk:CJ-Luke

Would you block him?

No, it’s not at that level. I have anxiety problems and he is initiating an anxiety ‘issue’, so I won’t deal with him.

Resolved quickly. Another admin blocked him. Hope he comes back in a better frame of mind.

I’ve talked to him before. From what I can see, he’s willing to pick a wicked fight over anything and use his personal problems to back himself up. @Ttrimm I believe you’ve done what you could and it’s probably best to stay calm and leave him to himself.

I’ve followed this conversation from the beginning, with Ttrimm, trying to figure out what his problem is. It seems he has an issue with having an article listed among his contributions after it was deleted. According to him, it was rewritten, then deleted and he doesn’t like it. He seems to think he’s being picked on because his mother has Alzheimer’s. Where he gets the idea that he’s being blackballed is anybody’s guess. So I guess the thing to do is to see if he behaves when he gets back.

The article in question was never deleted. Everything was good, up until the NFD was placed and then things got really heated after this re-write - http://www.wikihow.com/index.php?title=Deal-With-a-Bad-Tempered-Sister-in-Law&diff=6257474&oldid=6255829 . Despite that this single edit saved the article from deletion, it was nowhere near the article creator’s words (as seen on the left side of the history revision). Because it wasn’t “their” article anymore for this reason, the said person did not want the article link in their user page statistics … and then it blew up from there. Teresa was the target because of the NFD placement. Also, the article discussion page should be at least 20 times longer than what it truly is now, and my discussion page edit was modified w/o knowledge.

I am the person who re-did his article. I do not know why, but he left a profanity-laced message on my talk page claiming that he wants “How To Deal With a Bad-Tempered Sister-In-Law” out of his “articles started” box. (He also accused me of “knowing something.”) I would say that this conflict seems petty and shallow, but unlike him, I am not watching my mother die of Alzheimer’s disease while being betrayed by a family member…

One can only hope that if we were faced with a similar situation that we would handle it without taking out our feelings on everyone around us… I think Maluniu did exactly the right thing in giving him an enforced time out.

Thanks everyone for your support. I don’t usually have such an extreme reaction to stuff like this.

Just ignore him… and if it does come to the point where you do half say something rude Give an E-mail to WikiHow. They will get Him off you back!
