Seriously I can’t decide on what to buy for our big event. I like to have a high heeled shoes but I guess a boots will do too. or maybe I can have both. Since there are wholesale shoes stores like this one that allows us to have not only one but two or more shoes. Any suggestions?

Get both! Cut off the high part of the high heel, then put it on the heel area of the boot. But if you don’t like that, then you can always decide on the type of event. Is it formal or casual? Wear the heels if it’s formal, but boots if casual.
I prefer the high heels because you can use it for so many events or to wherever you’re going or in to. But be sure that the dress that you’ll gonna wear is appropriate to the high heels you have chosen. Check first especially the colors and besides It’s not about the clothes, accessories or the shoes you are wearing, as long as you are comfortable and confident, you’ll always look lovely and stunning.
Use either heels or boots, but make sure it fits whatever dress you are wearing and also fit the kind of party, function or occasion you are going to
