I was adding UIB’s to my user page, and there was one that said something about welcoming new users to Wikihow. I was wondering how you did that. Thanks!

We should probably delete that. And the barnstar too. We switched it over so only admins and NABs (New Article Boosters) could welcome new users. You can see why in this forum thread: http://forums.wikihow.com/discussion/comment/26353/#Comment_26353
