I’m under the understanding (judging by the discussion page) that this page was once deleted but has now returned. Should this be deleted or is there a reason why is has been kept? In my opinion, I’d have it deleted for potty humor and joke topic.

Yeah should definitely be deleted.
Please read further in, " This article was reviewed for deletion on 2012-08-01. The reason was: “Potty humor”. A consensus for keeping was achieved, and the page was kept. This article was reviewed for deletion on 1 August 2012. The decision was to keep the article. Busbyhead, Davecrosby voted to keep the article. Not perfect but almost, KernelPone, Illneedasaviour voted to delete the article. "
I saw that, which is why I made the thread. There’s still no indication of why it should be kept though, it’s still potty humour, is it not?
If you feel it should have a {{nfd|pot}}, then you are welcome to put one on. As you know, NABers and admins will vote and perhaps a different outcome will commence…

The general idea is that for an article to be deleted, the consensus of those community members who vote on it is for a majority to vote to delete. In this case, no majority supported deletion, which means the article was kept. It is standard policy for an article to be reviewed one time for a particular reason for deletion, and if the article is kept, not to renominate it for the same reason unless there are circumstances that warrant a re-review, such as changes in the content, or a new argument why it would qualify for deletion for the given reason. This keeps an article from being renominated for deletion again and again.

I think both “joke”, “Nonsense” and “potty humor” would all apply to this one.
I think it should be deleted for “mean spirit”.

Though pot can be interchangeable with gross. I’m surprised the article wasn’t deleted the first time around…
For an article to be deleted, at least one admin has to vote to delete in NFD Guardian. In the 2012-08-01 review that Lutherus Shyrilser posted above, although 3 boosters voted to keep (at that time, KernelPone and I were just boosters and not admins yet), 2 admins voted to keep, which overrode our votes.
Thanks for all the responses guys. I understand that it’s been kept for a reason but its also been deleted before aswell, it just was remade. I think it should be deleted again rather than kept. As far as I can see, others agree. So I’ll be re-adding {{nfd|pot}} as No one here seems to want to keep the article, is that correct?
