Hello everyone! I have made a new article, since the other one got deleted…
The formatting is good, but it has been tagged as a stub, and it needs images to represent, WikiVisual pictures are allowed, I got the confirmation from @Midnight_Dreams
in wikiHow.
Needs:
- Images
- More Wording (so it does not come up as a stub)
But it is almost there to being live! It is so close, I can feel it!Thank you everyone for the help! And always keep up the good work!

I was the Booster for the aforementioned article. It needs more structure, it needs more steps, it needs more structure. It needs more citing/sourcing/referencing (being the medical article it is)…Although images might help, it needs more information for it to be considered for reconsideration.

…I am trying ok? It just takes time… I am sorry, it just… I have been stressed out, and upset lately. between things irl and on wikiHow, it just can be frustrating.

Just a friendly reminder that personalized author outreach is super important for boosting. Giving generic feedback like “it needs more this, it needs more that” isn’t usually very helpful to authors who are actively working on improving their content and are eager to collaborate with others. Boosters are often expected to go beyond the generic feedback provided by {{Stub}} and other templated messages. In the future, you might find that a more personalized and tailored approach to feedback is more effective for the specific article and author.

One of my tricks when looking for Wikivisual images to reuse is to input specific words in each step as the keywords in my search query, look for a relevant article, and then scroll through the pics until I see one. I try to look for a pic that accurately portrays the main point being described in the step. For example, Step 1 says “Take your time and be patient with them.” - so what I did was search “patience”, found this article
in the search results, and found this image
that looks like it could go well with that step. You can even go a step further and browse through the related wikiHows for pics!
PS - if you’re feeling stressed at all (whether that’s from real-life stuff, wiki stuff, or both), remember that it’s OK to step back from the screen and disconnect if you need to! Writing on wikiHow is a fun hobby for many of us, but your health and well-being always comes first. Please give yourself a chance to breathe, and talk to your friends or family if you need to (or Jayne or an admin via private email if something wiki-related is bothering you). We love to see young people be enthusiastic about wikiHow, but your physical and mental health IRL is the most important thing above everything else.

Sorry for not returning your message. Having caught up with my summer troubles where not even Microsoft could fix my problems, seemed to cause other things I couldn’t fully handle until lately when i took action myself and achieved results.
Im also sorry that real-life troubles are getting you down. If you need to take a break its okay. We are mostly all volunteers here, and your well-being still trumps the need to take action here.
But I was merely trying to say, heres what really could help it thrive. What i missed was saying, while images might help, its the content most readers want.
I may not have too much experience with those with ADHD myself, I know from a reader standpoint, its not really ready to be promoted based on standards. From the reader standpoint, I wouldn’t know other details to get the steps across and the action completed.
The link between friends has to be strong when dealing with ADHD people, but it’s what happens in keeping those friends where this article doesn’t tackle. You lose that bond and things collapse making this low amount making readers worried how they can regain these same friends.
I feel it being close too. Just from a different perspective.

… Thank you!
Those messages really helped, ty
@Ayame_thestorm
there are some very well-written articles about ADHD in this category
that you can look through—the kind where readers write in to tell us it’s refreshing to read something that’s both relatable and actionable.
They strike a perfect balance between empathetic and well-researched that really resonates with people among all the misinformation out there.
Best of luck on the improvements and we’re always here for further guidance
