There is a user named 73.184.136.185 . He made a vandalism edit to an article. I simply reverted that edit and sent him a test message. Then he reverted my revert and sent me the test message back. This goes on for a while until I reported him. After the editing wwar lasted a little more, he changed the name of his IP to my name, as if I was being reported. As soon as an Admin comes on, please make sure to block this user. He is blaming me for vandalizing and spamming articles, and is pretending that I’m being reported instead of him. Just look at both of our contributions for proof. Thanks.
