Can anyone help me adding some snapshots in one of my articles? i cant add them from my pc

Anna told me that engineers are doing something to the image uploading, so it might not work for a while.

Yep, Hailey’s right - the engineers have been making some changes to how image uploading works on the back end (no visible changes, but differences behind the scenes), and it’s still a work in progress right now. Uploading will likely be a bit spotty until that’s all fixed up - sorry about that!

Do you now how long the it will take? I was writing an article and it didn’t work at all.

Same thing’s happening here. I cant add any image since yesterday. Looking for solution…

A fix is in the works but I’m afraid it’s not likely to be totally repaired today. It’s a big change, and we have a small team. They’re working hard on it, though - sorry for the delay! Until then, don’t worry - the articles will still be helping folks even if they don’t have images for a day or two, and they will still be there to add the images to once the Easy Image Uploader is fixed:slight_smile:
