Does anybody think the same way I do: the red arrow are too large and look kind of “overwhelming”? The smaller arrow size would also do a good job but would not look as “overwhelming”. Also on my gmail related article the images by wikibot are good but they used different names from what I used on each step, which made it very confusing. I am glad I noticed and changed my names in the Steps matching the images. Wikibot is not really a bot, is it? When it adds the images can it make a text matching also?? Otherwise it’s confusing!

I think you mean ‘‘wikiPhoto’’, it isn’t a bot, or automated editor, it is a project staffed by real people (I think interns are real people, although I wonder sometimes), and wikiPhoto does make mistakes, so I encourage you, or anyone, to point out problems with any of wikiPhoto’s edits and changes. Keep in mind, however, that the project is often driven by reasearch results, such as preferred image sizes, etc, which means you may see unfamiliar looking stuff coming from them.

Hi @BR , I know I saw a word “wikibot” somewhere… LOL Is it appropriate to post here on this Forum? Is it possible to change the red arrow size on the photos? Will the people who are on this project read the comments here regarding their photos?

This is from the wikiPhoto User Page: “About me. This is a bot account that adds photos. Even though I’m a bot, I like to receive feedback. So, please do let me know when I do a really good job, or if I make a mistake. If I make a mistake, I’ll do my best to resolve the issue.” Just leave “it” a talk page message.

Jeff, I did awhile ago, about something different.:slight_smile:Perhaps I should do it again. Thanks!!

@Laura7491 Feel free to let me know whenever you have issues with Wikiphoto:slight_smile:In this case, I doubt I can get new images ordered up, but if you want to take better screenshots with smaller arrows, you’re welcomed to upload those and replace the ones by Wikiphoto!
