I was uploading an image yesterday and it didn’t show up. I tried uploading it again, but it still wouldn’t show up. It seems other users are having this problem too because when they upload the images, they aren’t showing up either.

Thanks for the heads-up here, Hailey! I know Reuben has been making some changes to image storage so I’ll let him know - it may be related. I see the image you uploaded here: http://www.wikihow.com/Image:Screen-Shot-2014-06-18-at-5.53.53-PM.png – is it just not showing up once you put it into the article? Or is it maybe taking time to show up? I’ll try doing some test uploads so I can figure out what’s happening, too. Thanks again for letting me know!

A good hour ago (right from my iPhone) I was able to successfully upload a screenshot to an article and it saved and stuck to the article (though it take it a few tries to get it to be that way, due to my own irregularities of either not including a file extension or having file name problems with it dealing with “overwriting file names” though it changed the file name to suit)!

I tried uploading the image again now. It shows I used an image that already has the same name as another image’s name, but the existing wikiHow image was showing, so I clicked that link and the image was uploaded into the article correctly. But, when I tried to upload another image, it didn’t show up.

Ok, thanks, both! I think maybe it’s taking longer than usual to show at the moment. Hailey, if you want to add your images in now, hopefully they’ll show, at least after a little wait. But thanks for bringing this delay up!
