Find out the real reason of your stress like parental pressure, friends being well prepared, teachers punishment, etc. When you find what your reason is, find a good reason to tell your mind, yes tell your mind clearly what you feel is the solution.Eg. If you are stressed because you haven’t really studied well, ask why you procrastinated? Then allow your mind to relax by scolding how you’ve been lazy and making a resolve to work harder next time.
