I was RCP-ing when I saw some articles written in Spanish and Chinese. And not articles, they were to fit in Wikipedia! Can you just create a template to something to warn the authors about these points? And yes, I have removed the content from those articles

You can add the template {{ Notinenglish
}} to that page. If you think that it’s not a how-to, then add the {{nfd|not}}. (Make sure that it’s not a how-to and can never be, even if it’s shifted to other wikiHow page) As far as I know, there is no need of removing the content? But, if someone could clarify my doubt-- that would be really appreciated.

Since wikiHow is multilingual, there will be articles written in all sorts of languages. However, the English wikihow, is only for English articles. I am pretty sure that you are NOT supposed to blank out articles, unless they are a copyvio. A better thing to do would be to post it on the forums and achieve a community consensus before blanking the article. The article might contain perfectly good information, and as @Shinako
said, adding the notinenglish template will be a much, much better choice, since it preserves the article and moves it to the correct wikihow. I repeat, blanking out an article for such a reason is not the right thing to do. If they were not how-tos, an nfd|not template would have been much better since the community can decide whether the article stays, or goes. Regards, Abhishek
